At Preloved Books UAE, every book finds a new home — and we hope you love the one you’ve picked! However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned.

📚 Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of preloved and secondhand items, all sales are final and non-refundable.

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless:

• You received the wrong item

• Your order arrived damaged in transit

In these rare cases, please reach out to us within 3 days of receiving your order with clear photos and your order number. We’ll do our best to sort it out quickly.

💡 Handmade & Custom Items

For handmade items (like candles, keychains, or crochet goods), slight variations are part of the charm! However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with proof, and we’ll make it right.
